finally!
It has been a great and productive off-season. I feel balanced and motivated and feel like I'm making some progress towards a PhD...I guess off-season did it's job. But, all it took was doing one race to get me really excited about racing again! I did my first running race yesterday and wanted to use it as a baseline for where I am in the early season. I haven't been doing all that much running so I had no idea what kind of race to expect. All things considered, I am happy with how it went and even more excited to get into some specific running work. read more
